Questions and Answers

Q. What  are the departure hours?

     The rooms must be vacated by noon.  However clients are permitted to remain on the premises.

Q. Can one buy a gift certificate including a restaurant dinner?

     Yes, we have an arrangement with 3 restaurants in the neighborhood, Dolce Lia, La Chaumière and  La Belle Excuse, all located in  Joliette.

Q. Is it possible to have dinner at the Inn?

     Occassionaly  we can accomodate those guests unable to go out for dinner.   However the menu must be determined well in advance on reserving the room.

Q. Is it possible to make reservations for a meeting ?

     Yes, we can accomodate small groups during the week if there are no guests staying at the Inn.

Q. Is it possible to make reservations for a party?

     Clients wishing to take advantage of our premises to host a particular event must reserve all 5 rooms.

Q. Are there pets on the premises?

     We have 3 dogs, Maya, Chanel (cendrillon)l, Ming Chu who greet our guests on arrival.  Our cats Wilfred and Cocotte are more elusive. 
     In summer our own rabbits and  Ebene enjoy being fed. This year a horse has been added to the menagerie.

Q. Are pets allowed ?

     For the medical welfare of our own animals The Louis Philippe II does not permit any other animals on the premises.

Q. Are children welcome?

     Yes, we can accomodate children in rooms where a folding cot can be installed.

Q. Is it possible to have breakfast without staying at the Inn?

     Yes, but only on prior reservation.

Q. Is there a swimming pool on the premises?

     No, there is a small natural lake. Swimming, boating and an all season outdoor Spa.  This is exclusively for the use of our guests and at no extra fee.

Q. Are there smoking rooms?

     No, the Inn is strictly non - smoking.  Smoking is only permitted outdoors at specified areas.
